And End Your Week Even Better!

Really, this video needs no explanation.  It is the perfect way to go into your weekend…with deep love for yourself, a fabulous sense of self-acceptance and a riotous sense of humor.

This weekend, join me and stir things up a bit.  Be  a little different.  Laugh at what you might not have laughed at yesterday, but are willing to laugh at today. This week I have been asking all my clients to create a list of what they are most afraid of or stressed about and end each statement with Ha Ha Ha!

I love this video because it takes something that so many people feel insecure or frustrated with and plays with it!  Let’s do the same together!

I dare you… and say Ha Ha Ha!  Share with us what happens for you.

You will be surprised how much it can shift your perspective the same way this video will about Poo-Chi!

Happy Friday and Peaceoutbeansprouts, cause we are all in this together!

THAT was freakin’ fantastic! I just sent it to my brother and told him that yes, it’s one of my greatest fears, so watching this woman was the perfect remedy. Ha! You find the best stuff, Katie!
What I want to know is how this woman conceived of the idea? Was she just lying in bed one night having fun (with her stomach… and/or someone else!)? Was she in downward dog on her yoga mat and happened to think, “Gee, I could do something with this?” Hilarious, and something I’m sending around to my email and FB list!
Happy Friday!

I inquired about this class at the local Y…still waiting to hear back…hmmm…

Where do you find this stuff???? Do you stay up late at night in search of the odd and unusual????

Okay…

HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!! It’s hilarious!

(and since I haven’t heard back from the Y, I think I’ll go for a run instead!)

At first I thought she was about to take her pants right off, whew!

That really made my day. What a free-spirited gal that one is. I could teach a class like that! Totally. :)

@ Megan…I know. She played it off so well. I would love to know the moment that was the brainstorm behind it all!

@Steve! Ooohhhh I think we have a budding Poo-Chi Instructor here. Well done!

@Lance Keep watching your local Y. I am sure Poo-Chi classes will be coming to WI soon. Yes, I stay up late and find this stuff…and sometimes I get lucky and people send it to me…wink wink!

@Stacey Thanks for visiting! I think this would definitely relieve stress-don’tcha think?

@Jannie Can I just tell you how happy I am that you watched it? When I posted it, I thought…mmmm. Jannie would love this one! Ha Ha. Love-your-shelf!
