I am fresh back from the American Laughter Yoga Conference in Colorado. I had the honor of speaking about the new field of Laughter Coaching! It was an amazing time and was reminded that people in the Laughter Yoga community rock. I look forward to getting back to my regular programming here and writing again. Thanks for your patience while I have been away.
So in the meantime until my next post about the Word of the Week (shhh….it is “frisky”) I will leave you with the utterly simple, yet important truth of the Wombat. We are all One. And that is the point of all of the Levity and Laughter….so we can be at one with ourselves and all of those that surround us. Play on…

Sounds like a great conference. Becoming one with the people around us is a wonderful experience. This is a conference that I might have to attend next year.
